Felipe Anderson’s agent has denied that the Lazio player will be leaving the club in the summer.

There have been rumors that Felipe Anderson will be leaving the Italian club for Manchester United after the club has failed to qualify for the Europa League.

The Lazio director stated some time ago that he has turned down a €50m offer for the forward but did not tell from which club it was. There are media reports that Manchester United might be interested in boosting their attacking options especially now with Rooney playing in a central role in midfield. Indeed, this season Manchester United has been relying on young players such as Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford for goals. In Felipe Anderson, they will have a trusted and proven scorer that will allow them to win important games.

So far this season, the Lazio player has made 45 appearances for the team and managed to score 9 goals. For a player that is still 23, he still has time to improve and to become a world-class striker.

Lazio is also looking to boost their squad as well, and there is news that there might be interested in signing Loic Remy. The French striker is currently playing for Chelsea and has been frustrated by a lack of playing time in London. However, Lazio might find it difficult to match Remy’s salary but hope that they can find a solution with the player. Indeed, Loic Remy will have to accept a lower salary in exchange for a guarantee of playing regularly.

However, Lazio may have to compete against the likes of Leicester City, who might also be interested in signing the French striker. Indeed, the Premier League champions will want to strengthen their team ahead of a challenging campaign next season especially in the Champions League.
